PARTICIPATE IN OUR NEW REGULAR GUEST PROGRAM
As from 2017, Hotel Sopron **** has been welcoming its guests with Premium Rooms already on two floors. The 35th anniversary year 2018 started with further developments: our new, special wellness section with city panorama on the 3rd floor opened in the autumn.
In addition to the new design and the introduction of new services, paying special attention to our regular guests is still important for us. Our new, more flexible regular guest program allows us to reward loyal customers on the basis of the frequency of their visits.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE KÉKFRANKOS VOUCHER BOOKLETS?
You can redeem full voucher booklets that have not yet been used up until 20th December 2018. From the year 2019, the Kékfrankos booklet becomes invalid.
From the introduction of the new program, we will no longer issue stamps in the booklets.
Stamps of voucher booklets which are not full (less than 10 stamps) will be redeemed as follows:
In return for the voucher booklet, you will receive a one-time + 1% discount per stamp on your reservation. Last departure is on 20.12.2018.
All our former Kékfrankos regulars guests will remain regular guests in the new system with the discount level based on the nights spent in the hotel. The discount cards are issued with the personal data registered in our system and sent by post.
OUR NEW REGULAR GUEST PROGRAM
The program has been set up for guests booking individually and directly (own website, e-mail, telephone) with Hotel Sopron****. It is intended to reward the loyalty of our guests and to provide them discounted room rates on the basis of the nights spent at the hotel.
Joining the regular guest program is possible either by invitation sent to return guests or by filling in the application form.
The program has 3 levels:
1. level: Bronze
2. level: Silver
3. level: Gold

A minimum of 10 nights spent in the hotel in the year preceding the current year and the complete application form.

BONUS DISCOUNT:
In case of instant payment at booking, we provide + 5% discount for all three levels of the program. The condition of the extra discount is that the booking cannot be cancelled or modified and the amount paid cannot be refunded.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Guests who join the program can use the aforementioned discounts with the regular guest card.
The regular guest card can be requested at our reception or by filling in the appropriate online form.
The discount is not valid at highlighted perids and national holidays.
The program has been set up for guests booking individually and directly (own website, e-mail, telephone)
To receive the discount, the number of the regular guest card is to be indicated when making the booking.
The regular guest discount cannot be combined with other discounts and is not valid for supplementary services (restaurant consumption, room catering, program admission tickets, souvenirs, massages, etc. ...).
Regular guest cards are valid until revocation.
The discounts of a regular guest card apply to one room at a time.
Family rooms are regarded as one room.
The discounts are not available for event participants and guests staying at partner contract prices.
